From The Heart specializes in the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (W.R.A.P.) Workshop and/or training as another way to approach wellness and healing throughout our communities.
Through W.R.A.P.'s Five Key Concepts of Hope, Personal Responsibility, Self Advocacy, Support, and Education begins the creation of our Wellness Toolbox and with taking a look at what our daily personal wellness looks like, participants are guided through a workshop that teaches them to build a Daily Action Plan that will help to prevent and manage Crisis situations.
We aim to motivate and help everyone create personal freedom through wellness and to maintain it on a daily basis and one step at a time!
